120 Hungry Guests Wasn’t A Problem For Hog Roast Bromley!

We’ve spent years providing first class catering services to local customers and businesses, as well as ones located further away, as we are sometimes asked to cater in other towns or even counties. Recently, Hog Roast Bromley was asked by one of our regular customers to cater outside of our usual area, for her wedding day. Having used our services locally several times in the past, Kitty was sure of one thing about her wedding day from the day she started planning it with her husband-to-be Joel – it would feature a hog roast centrepiece. We have years of experience and plenty of training to be able to say that our hog roasts are the best around, and Kitty and Joel have to agree, so when they booked us in last year, it was with our pigs in buns in mind, to feed 120 guests.

Our pigs in buns are hugely popular for all kinds of special occasions. We source a local pig from one of our trusted suppliers and prepare the meat from scratch at your venue, so it’s fresh as can be. After slow-roasting for several hours, we let it rest, and then at the optimum temperature, we carve away, filling trays with slivers of meat and pieces of crackling. We cram bits of both into soft, floury bread rolls and wraps, add our own-recipe apple sauce and stuffing, and then let you and your guests devour them and come back for more.

On Kitty and Joel’s big day, Hog Roast Bromley served up plenty of gorgeous hog roast rolls, as well as various salads, baked potatoes, new potatoes, and a veggie option. As expected, the food all went down incredibly well with the happy couple and their guests, and once the hog had been stripped clean, we left them to party the night away.
