From the moment our team arrived on-site, the Halloween atmosphere was in full swing. The venue was decked out in spooky décor and as the hog slowly roasted, guests gathered around to watch, chat, and enjoy the mouth-watering scent that filled the crisp autumn air. The highlight of the night was, without a doubt, the succulent hog roast itself. We served tender slices of free-range pork with crunchy crackling, accompanied by our classic homemade apple sauce, sage and onion stuffing, and freshly baked rolls.
