In the run-up to Christmas, Stacey is hosting a variety of events at her community centre, including a carol concert, a movie night, and a visit from Santa. For the carol concert, Hog Roast Wembley has been hired to cater for the event and provide a delicious buffet menu for local people to enjoy. Since the event is going to be so festive, it was decided that our festive menu would be perfect for the occasion. The menu will include all of the traditional Christmas dishes served buffet style for the guests to enjoy after the concert.
In preparation for the event, the Hog Roast Wembley team will arrive at the community centre in the morning and begin to prepare for the 3:00pm serving time. We will begin by whole-roasting the turkeys and allowing them to cook to perfection, ensuring that the meat is succulent and full of natural juices. Once it is time to serve, the guests can enjoy the delicious turkey in fresh bread rolls, alongside roasted potatoes, glazed carrots and sprouts, pigs in blankets, and homemade gravy. We will also have a delicious plant-based roast for meat-free guests to enjoy. Overall, this menu will create the perfect buffet option for the event, with plenty to go around and more than enough for every visitor to enjoy.
