This weekend was another busy one for Hog Roast Dagenham with our first event a birthday party for Gloria. Turning fifty was something Gloria was keen to celebrate, it is a milestone birthday after all! When booking she told us she really wanted something to impress her guests as it had been a while since she had seen certain friends and family, so it was important they were all happy with the food. Our head chef worked with Gloria to create the perfect menu which encompassed our Hog Roast Dagenham slow roasted pork, a rosemary and garlic leg of lamb and a couple of spit-roasted chickens for good measure. Our Hog Roast Dagenham chef didnât disappoint with the accompaniments either! Our team prepared lots of seasonal roasted vegetables, vegetarian quiche and a couple of brightly coloured salads for good measure.
We arrived on Saturday first thing to get our roasting machine set up and to leave us plenty of time to have everything cooked ready for the guests to arrive. The first job is to score and season the meat and get it on to roast so that it has the maximum amount of time to become succulent and packed full of flavour.
By the time the guests arrived, we were just about ready to start serving up the Hog Roast Dagenham. Everyone was delighted with Gloriaâs food choice and that put a huge smile on her face for the rest of the afternoon. By the time our hog roast feast had been sufficiently depleted, we began to pack away and saved any leftovers for Gloria to keep as requested.
