After the first time we used The Spitting Pig. Co for a company sports day event, where they blew us away with their incredible catering, efficient services and friendly staff that were so helpful throughout the event, we knew we would be returning customers.
So, of course we hired them (specifically Hog Roast Eltham) for the second time that we had a company sports day, and the quality of service was maintained incredibly, if not even better than their previous performance. Even from the very beginning, hiring them was ridiculously easy, the initial organisation was super straight forward, and the staff was so helpful with great communication via email all the way up to the day of the event
On the day that they arrived, The Hog Roast Eltham team made such a swift set up, without getting in the way of any company property and equipment. The food was ready right at the agreed upon time. Moreover, it was clear that so much thought and consideration had gone into the day with Hog Roast Eltham even bringing their own selection of sauces from guests to pick from, making sure everyone got the taste they wanted.
Plus, the food was all served on wooden bamboo crockery with matching cutlery which just made for such an easy clear up (that they did for us!) and not to mention its ecofriendly. And we haven’t even gotten onto the food yet… we opted for the Southern Slow Menu, which was truly divine, encapsulating Texan flavours into meat that was incredibly fresh and juicy, and I believe it is all locally sourced too! It was incredible and we have plenty leftovers.
The clear up was just as impressive as the setup, with the cooking stations dismantled quickly, they took all of the rubbish and tidied up so well you wouldn’t even know that they were there. A huge thank you from B&M McHugh Limited for providing incredible meal with impeccable service. We very much recommend The Spitting Pig Co. as an excellent choice for any gathering, party, or wedding – these guys know exactly what they are doing.
