At Hog Roast Bexley we take all of that in stride. It is why over the last thirty years we have been fortunate enough to make it as a very popular wedding caterer. Every year we are inundated with requests for wedding dining. It’s almost ironic now that we have to turn some people away after once being that caterer all those decades ago desperate to get even one wedding order. But when you have the nation’s favourite catered hog roast in your menus, it’s no wonder that we get so many requests for stylish wedding dining.
With it being summer the wedding season is here. There are usually two periods of the year for weddings – the winter and the summer. The summer is by far the most popular period. Everyone wants the sunniest day for their special day. They want to utilise their venues grounds and use our services at Hog Roast Bexley to add to it with outdoor dining, grazing tables, platters, even barbecues in some cases. Our hog roast, too, looks excellent cooking outside on a sunny summer’s day!
This year has been extremely busy for our wedding teams at Hog Roast Bexley. With heatwaves galore all across the country we have had some very hot days in the kitchen, but it has been worth it all if for nothing else but to be able to tell that small-time caterer, just starting out all those decades ago, that they’ll make it to their wedding dreams in the end.
