All About Our Hog Roast Primrose Three-Course Alfresco Menu

With our sumptuous three-course Hog Roast Primrose Alfresco standalone menu, you can treat your party guests to an abundance of delicious homemade food, as it comprises three courses including antipasti starters, a hog roast main with several hot and cold sides, and a choice of our homemade desserts to cap it all off too. While we offer several standalones, including our Traditional Barbecue, our Southern Slow Roast and our Loaded Fries, our Alfresco may well be just the ticket for you and your guests, no matter what kind of special occasion you’re organising, as we often serve it at weddings, birthday celebrations, corporate gigs and much more.

You get to decide on certain elements of this Hog Roast Primrose menu, including deciding on the potato option and the duo of desserts, and you can also choose to have meat-free options provided, as we can make a tasty vegan or vegetarian main if needed – either our vegan pulled jackfruit with slaw or our vegetarian skewers with halloumi, a rainbow of veg and Tzaztki and sweet chilli dips. In terms of the starter, we serve antipasti meats, cheeses and breads along with extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar, where you get to feast on salami, Parma ham, Gorgonzola, Parmagiano, mozzarella di bufala, ciabatta, herb focaccia and breadsticks, and they all complement each other perfectly – Italian-style.

Hog Roast PrimroseNext up is your hog roast, our mouth watering signature dish, which comes complete with crispy crackling carved off the pig and our homemade trimmings of apple sauce and sage and onion stuffing, in addition to fresh-baked rolls and wraps. You also get to dine on four sides, of our gourmet coleslaw, a heritage tomato and mozzarella salad, a selection of leaves and either buttered new potatoes with chives or roasties with garlic and rosemary. You need to leave room for our scrumptious desserts, though, and you get to decide on two from profiteroles, chocolate torte, lemon tart, cheesecake and summer pudding, which are served with cream.
