When Hog Roast Purley catered a small corporate event yesterday, it was with a Southern Slow Roast, where you choose three meaty mains and four hot or cold sides, and there’s a vegan or vegetarian option if needed too. For this customer, after roasting low and slow for several hours, we made a great feast that consisted of marinated pork, lamb and sticky pork ribs, accompanied by coleslaw, corn cobettes, mac and cheese and potato salad, and the guests couldn’t wait to dig in.
