We will begin our prep by slow-roasting the hog and allowing it to cook for around five hours. Once ready, it will be served in fresh bread rolls (or a gluten-free alternative), alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Additionally, we will be serving marinated chicken kebabs and BBQ-pulled jackfruit to provide a wide variety of main dishes. For the sides, the guests can enjoy homemade chips and a fresh salad option, allowing everyone to create a well-rounded and delicious buffet lunch.
