The team enjoyed over a week off work over the festive period, allowing them to spend time with friends and family and get some much-needed rest. The office is reopening at the beginning of January and Lisa is planning on providing a delicious buffet lunch for her team on their first day back. This should hopefully make the transition back to work a little easier and more enjoyable- since she knows everyone would rather be at home! For the catering, the Hog Roast Barnet team has been hired to provide our classic hog roast at this event, since it is simplistic yet versatile and incredibly delicious!

On the day of the meal, the Hog Roast Barnet team arrived at the office in the morning and began to prepare the menu for the midday serving time. We began by slow-roasting the hog to perfection and ensuring that it was evenly roasted and packed full of natural juices and flavours. It was then expertly carved by our chef and served in fresh bread rolls, alongside sage and onion stuffing, homemade applesauce, and crispy crackling. Alternatively, we served BBQ-pulled jackfruit, which is a meat-free alternative to pulled pork. The main dishes were served alongside homemade chips, gourmet coleslaw, and a variety of seasonal salad dishes to create a varied and nutritious buffet lunch. Our catering went down a treat and was ideal for getting the staff excited about returning to work.
