Hog Roast Aldersbrook can cater your wedding day with a breakfast menu, a main meal after the service or a buffet later in the evening – or more than one of these, of course. We have lots of choice and variety on offer for all kinds of weddings, whether you’re planning a relaxed gathering with a few family members or friends, a posh do with hundreds of guests, or something in-between, and you can either create your very own dream menu or you can select one of ours instead.
We have several of our own Hog Roast Aldersbrook wedding menus available, including an entry-level one which includes two main courses of your choosing and a selection of vegetables or fresh salads, as well as a potato option, and we then serve your wedding cake (which is supplied by you). If you fancy something more substantial, we have an Italian-style menu – our Alfresco – as well as ones that include canapés, starters, mains with sides and then desserts, and you can adapt some of them in order to make the perfect menu for you and all of your guests.
When deciding on your own menu instead, simply browse ours and let us know your preferences. An example of this could be several canapés to welcome your guests (and you can also request refreshments to be served), such as roasted halloumi and tomato crostini with red onion marmalade, chicken satay skewers, a selection of mini pizzas, beer-battered fish and chips with tartare sauce and mini quiches, followed by a starter of smoked salmon with a mustard and dill dressing, Atlantic prawns with a Bloody Mary sauce and seasonal leaves and avocado. If you then prefer two mains, we could cook a hog roast showstopper and serve you the meat, crackling and homemade apple sauce and stuffing, as well as free-range chickens with stuffing and chipolatas, accompanied by your choice of vegetables and potatoes or various salads and gourmet coleslaw, and then homemade desserts could precede your wedding cake service.
