We can also spit-roast meat, like turkey, lamb, beef or chicken, or serve a barbecue of burgers and sausages if you prefer, while one of our special standalone menus may be just the ticket instead, however, like our Loaded Fries or Southern Slow Roast.

Need dishes for guests on special diets? There’s no need to worry, as with our experts at the helm, we’ve got you covered, whether you need possibilities for vegans, vegetarians or anyone with a food intolerance or allergy. For instance, we often surprise our customers with the fact that our pigs in buns can easily be made gluten-free, simply by taking along additional suitable bread rolls and wraps, as all the other ingredients are already suitable.

Sometimes, however, a traditional hog roast is the perfect menu. For a corporate function that we catered on Friday afternoon, our highly capable team cooked up a real treat with pigs in buns for everyone, made from a medium-sized pig that we slowly roasted to perfection over several hours until we had soft and tender meat and salty, crispy crackling. Once we started serving, the guests couldn’t get enough of them!
